Campsite Rules & Booking Conditions

Reception 09:00 – 21:00

Bar & restaurant 09:00 – 23:00

Swimming pool 11:00 – 20:00

Outside these hours we are at the bar / bakery.

A booking lets you reserve a pitch, without choosing its location, to arrive any day from opening until the night before closing.
Deposit: 50% of the booked amount.
Payment: bank card, payment gateway, bank transfer, Bizum or through the website.
Check-in in high season: from 13:00 to 21:00. After 21:00 the booking is cancelled as a no-show, with no refund.
Check-out: between 08:00 and 12:00. Leaving early means a charge of 100% of the unused services.
Under-18s may not camp without their parents or legal guardians for the whole stay.
Maximum of 6 people per pitch with a single caravan, tent or motorhome.
A list with the names and relationship of your companions must be provided before entering.
A specific pitch is not reserved: a free one is assigned on arrival.

Deposit: 50% of the cost of the stay.
Payment: bank card, bank transfer, Bizum or through the website.
Check-in: from 17:00 to 21:00. After that time the booking is cancelled with no refund. The rental is compulsory from 17:00 on arrival until 10:00 on departure.
Check-out: between 08:00 and 10:00. Arrival and departure dates cannot be changed; any change must be requested in writing and depends on availability.
If you will leave before 08:00, tell reception and park outside the grounds: the vehicle gate is closed from 23:00 to 08:00.
Under-18s may not stay without their parents or legal guardians. The maximum capacity of the accommodation, including babies and children, must not be exceeded.
Tents may not be pitched in the gardens of the accommodation.
Smoke-free bungalows: smoking inside incurs a €100 extra cleaning charge.
Deposit: your card number and expiry date are taken; any damage will be charged in the days after departure.
The bungalows are not adapted for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

The campsite may change prices before a booking is confirmed.
The confirmed price is guaranteed if dates, category and booked items do not change.
Price information on the website, by email or by phone is indicative; only the confirmation sent by email is binding.

Cancellations and changes must be requested in writing at campingvieda@gmail.com.
Bungalow or pitch more than 15 days before arrival: refund of the deposit minus a €5 administration fee.
Within 15 days of arrival: the deposit is not refundable.
If the campsite has to cancel for reasons of force majeure, the amount paid is refunded.
Any change of dates, category or priced items means the rate in force at that moment applies.

Pets are allowed in the camping area, on a lead and accompanied by their owners at all times.
They must not bark or foul inside the campsite.
They are not allowed in the bungalows or common areas.

The control sticker must be visible on the car at all times.
No fires on the ground. Raised barbecues are allowed, with consideration for neighbours.
The campsite water is drinkable. The taps are only for collecting water, not for washing.
Pitch and bungalow sockets are not suitable for charging electric vehicles: risk of overload and fire, at the customer's own responsibility.
Management is not responsible for theft of personal belongings or damage to electrical or electronic devices.
Management may open or close areas depending on occupancy and change opening hours during the season.
Failure to follow these rules may result in expulsion.
